Community High School

Community High School is public alternative school in the Ann Arbor district, which is a perfect smaller alternative to the other large schools in the area. It serves grades 9-12 and enrolls approximately 450 students. Located on North Division Street, the school is minutes from the city’s Kerrytown district, meaning one would most likely need to set up transportation. Community is not restricted to a certain student population, nor does it stress one subject over the other, and it has many characteristics including no dress code or detention, that are unlike other traditional public schools. The Dean of the school is Marci Tuzinsky.
